I cannot get the plugin to work with Eclipse 3.2 with the latest CDT plugin installed.
The Refactor options are added to the main menu, but any attempt to use them results in the message: "The chosen operation is not enabled". Following the display of this message dialog, the additional refactoring menu options are no longer available (greyed out).
Can anyone tell me how we enable this plugin functionality?

The plugin seems not to work with Eclipse 3.2RC1.
