i suggest changing the default to
explorer /e,{0}
to use your default explorer layout.

Simple and extremely useful - I can't live without it. Adding some support for Linux (Konqueror or Nautilus) would be nice, though. Can do it myself in the prefs page, of course, but I always got to remember how to start Konqueror correctly.
